Appointment Information
Appointments are best booked as far in advance as you can, new appointment dates will be released every Sunday and available through the appointlet link. To receive the booking link please text me 315-632-2145 or send me an email daniellearlenephotography@gmail.com
Please read through the terms and conditions for booking and if you do not agree please do not book. There will be a check box when booking
1. By checking the box you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
2. Deposits are non refundable.
3. Deposit will only be applied toward 1 rescheduled session if the session is rescheduled within 72 hours of the original session and the new rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of original appointment.
4. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session or if you do not show for your scheduled session, your deposit will not transfer to a new session.
5. All photo galleries are delivered through an online gallery link that you will need to download your images from and once you have downloaded the images they can be printed from where you like. I do not offer print packages at this time. Copyright logo comes off of the image when you download the high resolution image ******Photo galleries are emailed 7-14 days after your session******
6. Remaining balance is due the day of your session with cash, cash app, Apple pay, Zelle or credit card **(credit card payments have an added 4% fee)**
7. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, your session will still end at the appointed end time or I reserve the option to reschedule your session time if you are more than 10 minutes late.
8. I do my very best to interact and engage children to get smiles, I cannot guarantee your child will smile for their photo session even when trying everything I am able to try, some kids are shy and serious.
All appointments require a $50 non refundable booking fee to book. The booking fee can be paid through the booking link that I send you. The booking fee goes toward your session and the remainder of your balance will be due the day of your session and payable with cash, cash app, Apple Pay, Zelle or a credit card (a 4% fee is added for credit card payments). If you need to reschedule your appointment that can be done through your appointment confirmation email if it is done 6 or more days prior to your session. If you need to reschedule short notice (5 days or less before your session) please reach out through text or email. The booking fee will transfer to the new appointment 1 time only, if you have to reschedule a second time, you will need to pay a new booking fee. Turn around time for the gallery to be delivered is up to 2 weeks, please keep this in mind when booking especially if you need the photos back by a certain date, you will want to book in plenty of advance.
